"Slow support"
Site was fine. Support? Really slow. I had to follow up twice just to get a simple answer. Annoying.

"I had a good experience..."
I had a good experience with Xpressdocs overall. They kept me updated as my order moved along, which I appreciated because I was working with a deadline. It felt like they were trying to make sure I didn’t have to keep wondering what was happening behind the scenes.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that I did have to double-check one detail myself, and I kind of got the feeling it might’ve slipped through if I hadn’t asked. But they responded and got it sorted out, so no major complaints. Everything worked out fine in the end.

"Billing was a little confusing"
The service itself was fine, but the invoice took way longer to show up than I expected. I wasn’t really sure what was going on for a while, and that part was weird. It just made the billing process feel more confusing than it needed to be.

I set up a direct mail campaign through Xpressdocs, it was easier than I expected. The mailing list part took me a little while to figure out, but that’s not a huge deal, and I got through it on my own. Checkout and proofing were smooth, and I didn’t even have to call anyone for help, which I definitely appreciated.

I used Xpressdocs for a mailer, and the addresses came out right, which was sorta my biggest concern going in. A couple of the names looked a little oddly spaced, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

"Fair shipping, but ordering took some effort"
I was expecting the shipping to be way more expensive, so I was relieved when it ended up being fair. There weren’t any random surprise fees at checkout either, which I appreciated.

The order showed up on time and the shipping price made sense for what I got. I will say it took a bit more effort than I wanted to get everything sorted, but overall I’m happy with the experience and would use xpressdocs.com again

"Made my real estate postcards look polished"
I used these for my real estate listing postcards and they turned out really nice. The whole ordering process was simple, and the finished cards made the homes look much more professional. Weirdly, I remember being impressed that one of the blue sky photos printed almost exactly like it looked on my screen. Overall, easy experience and I’d use them again.

"Reordering was honestly really easy"
I mostly use xpressdocs for repeat orders, so the reorder button is such a time saver. My previous job was still saved there, which meant I didn’t have to upload files again or dig around trying to remember all the settings... thankfully.
I checked the proof, made one small change, and sent it off. It was painless, and everything showed up like I expected. Always nice when something just works without turning into a whole thing...

I had an issue with my order and thought it was going to turn into a whole thing, but nope, I was completely wrong. I reached out, they got back to me super quickly, and they fixed it without making me jump through a million hoops. I’m absolutely convinced this is one of the easiest support experiences I’ve ever had. Really appreciated how smooth it was.

I thought xpressdocs had a solid range of templates to choose from. It made it fairly easy to find something that worked for what I needed without having to spend a ton of time tweaking everything. Some of the designs were maybe a little better than others, but overall the selection was helpful and simple enough to use. I’d probably use it again...

My order from xpressdocs.com showed up looking great!! The box wasn’t crushed, no bent corners, and everything inside was clean and protected. I’m always a little nervous about stuff getting damaged during shipping, but this one arrived perfectly. Super happy with it!!

I used xpressdocs to put together a few postcards, and for what I needed, it was straightforward. The design tool wasn’t hard to figure out, and moving things around or updating text was simple enough. If you’re doing something basic, the templates are a big help. It did feel a little sluggish here and there, and a couple times I had to click twice before I could edit something, which got a bit annoying. But overall, it worked fine for my project. I’d use it again, especially for simple marketing pieces, though I’d like the editor to feel a little smoother.
